Gerardo Taracena was born in and presently lives in Mexico City. He studied acting at UNAM ( Mexico ) and has performed in motion pictures, theatre and dance. He worked with the dance group Integro de Peru in 1992 and then continued to work in dance, taking part in various festivals throughout Mexico and Latin America. He has also acted in over 30 stage plays.
